Modern Calligraphy

Join us to learn the art of Modern Calligraphy! We'll be delving into pointed pen calligraphy using different nibs and inks. You'll learn pressure and release of the pen, strokes, alphabet structure, and word formation needed to design your own compositions.

Along with instruction on style and technique, you'll receive direction to develop your own calligraphy style.

We're so glad to have Loren of Four Things Paper instructing our workshop! She's been working in printing and design since 2010. She offers a wide variety of wedding goods and design services and has been featured in many of the top style guides such as Style Me Pretty, Green Wedding Shoes & Exquisite Weddings. We're excited to learn from Loren!

The venue is Communal Coffee's new event space in North Park!
